
Reservation Policy
The following is our policy contract. It is subject to change.
Reservation & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a puppy.

Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price of $2,000.00.

Puppies are reserved in the order deposits are received.

If the breeder cancels the sale of the puppy due to health concerns, the deposit will be refunded to the buyer or transferred to a different unclaimed puppy of the buyer’s choice.

The breeder reserves the right to cancel a sale and refund the deposit if they believe the home or family is not safe or suitable.
Selection
-
The breeder will assist buyer in selecting a puppy based on preferences and availability.

Breeder reserves the right to retain any puppy for their own use.
Health & Veterinary Care
-
All puppies will receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming prior to pickup.

Breeder will provide a veterinary health record at pickup.

Buyer has 72 hours from pickup to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian at their own expense.

Breeder agrees to expose puppy to children, indoor and outdoor environments, and other animals such as other dogs, cats, and poultry (if possible), in an effort to provide appropriate socialization. Basic, age-appropriate training will be introduced to the puppy prior to pickup.
Pickup & Forfeiture

Puppies must be picked up on or before ____________ (pickup date) unless prior arrangements have been made.

Failure to pick up the agreed date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the puppy being offered to the next buyer.

If delivery arrangements are made, the buyer agrees to contribute towards the breeder's gas costs for the trip.
Buyer Responsibilities

Buyer agrees to provide proper food, shelter, veterinary care, and training.

Puppy will not be sold, surrendered to a shelter, or abandoned; if rehoming becomes necessary, buyer will contact the breeder first.
Spay/Neuter Agreement

Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy before the puppy reaches 30 months old.

Sale does not include any breeding rights. At the buyer’s request, breeder will provide registration information of the parents and information on how to register the puppy with the Continental Kennel Club.
Health Guarantees

Breeder guarantees the puppy to be free of life-threatening, congenital defects for 12 months of age.

This guarantee does not cover parasites, minor illnesses, injuries, allergies, or issues related to buyer neglect, poor nutrition, or accidents.

Health guarantees are void if the dog is overfed/underfed, not vet-checked in time, or not kept up on vaccinations.
Limitation of Liability

Breeder is not responsible for any veterinary bills, injuries, property damage, or other costs after the puppy leaves the breeder’s possession.

The puppy is sold as a companion animal only, with no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding future show quality, breeding potential, adult size, weight, color, or temperament. Buyer acknowledges that, aside from state health guarantee, the puppy is purchased as is and accepts full responsibility for its care from the time of transfer.
